3. Text Messaging & SMS Program

Really Real Estate Holdings LLC provides a non-promotional Customer Care text messaging program for consumers who voluntarily provide a mobile number and affirmatively select the SMS consent checkbox on our website. Messages may be sent using automated systems and are limited to responses to consumer consultation requests and customer-service inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, requested-documentation alerts, loan-application milestones, escrow or disclosure updates, and responses to consumer real-estate or mortgage-service inquiries.

Message frequency varies according to the consumer's active inquiry or transaction and will not exceed 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
